CC stands for Carbon Copy, it allows you to send multiple copy's of the same e-mail to people. BCC stands for blind-carbon copy and means they don't know you sent the same e-mail to others, and Subject is the title heading of an e-mail and a RSS feed tells you when a website has been changed/updated.
